Brewing guide
Espresso: 18g in, 36g out, 27 to 30 seconds. Filter: 1:16 ratio (60g per litre), 93°C water, around 3 minutes. Plunger: 1:15, 4 minutes, then press slowly. Adjust to taste.
Freshness & storage
Roasted to order and dispatched within 2 business days. Store in a cool, dark place in the bag it came in and use within 4 to 6 weeks of roasting for the best flavour.
