The recipe

Coffee
15 g
Water
250 g at 94 to 96 °C
Bloom
45 g for 30 seconds
Time
2:30 to 3:00

You will need: Dripper (V60 or similar), paper filter, kettle, scales

Step by step

  1. Rinse the paper filter with hot water and discard the water.
  2. Add 15 g of medium-fine coffee and level the bed.
  3. Pour 45 g of water over the grounds and wait 30 seconds for it to bloom.
  4. Pour slowly in small circles up to 250 g in total, finishing by about 2 minutes.
  5. Let it drain fully. Total time should be around 2:30 to 3:00.
  6. Swirl and serve. If it drains too fast, grind finer.

Ground for filter

Choose "Filter / pour over" at the product page and we grind it to order. Pairs well with Single Origin.
